Taia Lockhart is a seasoned product, program and project manager in the banking and financial services industry. In 1997, she joined The PMI Group, a global provider of credit enhancement products, and has held numerous executive level positions. As Vice President of Housing Advocacy and Public Policy, her primary responsibilities are to help build support for public policy positions, strengthen relationships with consumer, special interest, and affinity groups, and coordinate internal communications on housing initiatives.

Her community involvement ranges from past volunteer activities in community events to board member in several organizations, such as the Asian Real Estate Association of America, the Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center and the American Homeowner Education and Counseling.
