Anna is bilingual in English and Spanish and comes to us from the Land Title Association where she has served since 2004 in the Membership and Marketing department. Anna brings to NAHREP her experience in member database management, new- and renewal-member processing and orientation, member services management and dues tracking, marketing, recruitment and retention support. Previously, Anna worked at the American Center for Physics and at State Farm Insurance Company, gaining experience in convention-related member marketing activities, claims and reports management and broad administrative support.
