Rodney Hertz has more than twenty years of extensive experience directing and consulting in all facets of human resources. He has successfully related HR practices to corporate culture and goals. Prior to joining NAHREP, Rodney provided HR consulting services to a number of clients including the National Democratic Institute, SAM, Inc., and Systems Plus, Inc. Rodney has also served as Director of Human Resources for SPACEHAB, Inc. and as Vice President of HR for Acacia Mutual Life Insurance Company. Rodney earned his MS in Human Resource Management from American University in Washington, DC and BA in Commerce from the University of Maryland in College Park, MD. He is active in the human resource community in Greater Washington, currently serving on the Board of Directors for the HR Leadership Forum. He is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
