With aggregate sales of more than $4 billion, this year's list highlights agents that hail from 30 states and Puerto Rico. It includes rankings of top millennial agents, top individual agents by volume, and top agents by major market regions. Also, for the first time, the NAHREP Top 250 recognizes the top Latino-led teams.

2017 Report

This year's group of top performers represent a total of 25,945 sides closed in 2016 and over $6.07 billion in transaction volume. These hard working agents are set apart from the nearly fifty-thousand Latinos in real estate through their dedication to homeownership.

2016 Report

This year's group of top producers represent a combined total of 24,279 in closed transaction sides in 2015 and over $5.18 billion in total volume. For the first year, the list is topped by a woman as the #1 agent. 2015 Report

For the second year in a row, the 2015 NAHREP Top 250 Latino Agents award was comprised solely of agents who self-nominated for the distinction. The fourth annual report acknowledges one-hundred additional agents who did not rank as a part of the Top 250, but whose hard work earned them an honorable mention from among their peers.

2014 Report

NAHREP's third annual report, the 2014 Top 250 Latino Real Estate Agents award is comprised only of agents who self-nominated for the recognition – a testament to the growing prestige of the honor. The report acknowledges agents whose total closings have distinguished them among the more than 50,000 Latinos in the real estate industry.

In association with Impac Mortgage and PrimeLending, NAHREP's second annual Top 250 Latino Real Estate Agents report created a splash in the real estate industry. The report earned agents recognition from their peers as well as industry heavy-weights.

As the association's first inaugural Top 250 Latino Real Estate Agents report, this report marked an important milestone in NAHREP's history. The 2012 report utilized third-party market research and acknowledges Latino agents from all major markets.
